Clark came up with a fun idea yesterday: feature spontaneous meals that we chef up with whatever we happen to have on hand in the Fitchen. Round one resulted in some serious amazing-ness. We want to hear from you about your extraordinary food-ventures!
From a crazy 3-course meal to a Tuna/Flax Cereal Melt [yes, Clark really did invent that] to firing some burgers on the grill, we are going share our spontaneous meals with you.
Round 1:
Roasted chicken breast, brown rice fusilli in marinara, and baked sun-dried tomato asparagus.
It turned out to be an awesome impromptu meal, as you can see. [Dontcha just want to gobble it up?]
We used:
- Trader Joe’s organic brown rice fusilli
- TJ’s organic tomato basil marinara
- TJ’s organic sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
- Organic asparagus
- TJ’s organic olive oil
- Nature’s Seasoning
- Organic sea salt
It may look difficult, but we made this in about 20 minutes and was quite simple. So delicious!
